Patient Resources

We Believe Patients Should be Partners in Their Care

At Southeast Nebraska Cancer Center, we take pride in providing leading cancer care to the patients who walk through our doors. We devote ourselves to making patients and their families feel comfortable in our warm and inviting environment.

During office hours, you may call our nurse voice mail with your medical questions. Please leave your name, phone number and state your question. Our nurses manage patient calls and return messages as soon as they can. Our goal is to return calls by the end of the day. All calls are important, but if your call is urgent, call our main line at 402.420.7000. Call 911 for any medical emergency.

Patient Support

Most patients come to us on referral by their physician. The first step in your care is education about cancer treatment. Everyone receives a new patient packet on their first visit. For your convenience, we have all of our brochures available to you online that describe our capabilities and the practices that we emphasize at our center. Feel free to download the information to the right for your reference.

Taking the First Steps

You do not need a referral from a doctor to contact us or to meet with one of our experts.

On-site Pharmacy

The Pharmacy staff is here to fill your prescriptions and refills as efficiently as possible. Our pharmacist will also explain the benefits and side effects of each prescription as well as answering any questions you might have. Please give at least 24 hours notice when requesting a refill. This will enable the Pharmacy to have the drug available and ready when you arrive
