Coming to a new Clinic means becoming familiar with new processes. At your first visit we will ask for your demographic information as well as copies of your health insurance and prescription cards. Please make sure you bring these cards with you.
At Southeast Nebraska Cancer Center, we take pride providing leading cancer care to the patients who walk through our doors. We devote ourselves to making patients and their families feel comfortable in our warm and inviting environment.
If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with cancer, you can call us to make an appointment at SNCC. You do not need a referral from a doctor to contact us or to meet with one of our experts.
To speak with our Scheduler, please call (402) 420-7000. Prior to your first office visit you will receive a packet of information and forms to complete.
When calling for your first appointment at SNCC you will speak with our Scheduler. They will arrange your visit by acquiring all of your information and medical records, and by scheduling your appointment. They will also guide you on what is needed on your first visit, and explain what to expect upon your arrival.
The information you will need on-hand when you call is:
- Full name, contact information, date of birth and diagnosis
- Results of biopsies, x-rays or other diagnostic studies
- Information about prior treatment for your current illness
- Primary medical insurance carrier
